90 Days of Glow Up
Three phases, no burnout. Foundation, optimize, master. Skip a day? Start again. Your planner doesn’t judge—it just waits.

Let’s be honest: most 90-day challenges feel like a punishment.
No sugar. No rest. No fun. Just you, a green smoothie, and quiet resentment.
But here’s the thing—real self-care isn’t a boot camp. It’s a phased approach.
Your skin doesn’t care if you used a crystal-infused moon serum. It cares about consistency.
Your mental health doesn’t need a two-hour journaling marathon. It needs five minutes of naming that trigger (hi, comparison).
Your body doesn’t want another punishing workout. It wants movement you actually enjoy.
So take the 90 days. Start with foundation. Optimize as you go. Master what matters.
And if you skip a day? Just come back. The planner will still be there. No judgment. Just boxes waiting to be checked.
The Three Phases
Phase 1: Foundation (Days 1–30)
This is not about being impressive. It’s about being consistent.
Pick one S.M.A.R.T. goal for skincare, mental wellness, nutrition, and fitness. Then build tiny daily habits around each.
Think: wash face nightly. five minutes of deep breathing. one veggie at dinner. a ten-minute walk.
Nothing sexy. That’s the point. You can’t optimize what you haven’t established.
Phase 2: Optimize (Days 31–60)
Now you have a baseline. Time to level up—gently.
Swap basic moisturizer for that glow oil serum. Try breathwork before bed. Experiment with intermittent fasting or a HIIT workout once a week.
Listen to your body. If something feels off? Pivot. Optimization isn’t punishment.
Phase 3: Mastery (Days 61–90)
This is where longevity lives. Red light therapy. Cold exposure (yes, even thirty seconds of cold rinse). VO2 max training. Mental resilience drills.
But mastery doesn’t mean perfection. It means knowing what works for you—and doing it more often than not.
Why This Works
Most people quit self-care because they try to do Phase 3 on Day 1.
You don’t start a marathon by sprinting. You start by lacing up your shoes.
This planner gives you permission to begin boring. Then grow. Then soar.
And the habit tracker? Use it or lose it. Check a box. Miss a day. Start again. No guilt trips allowed.
