Is this retreat only for solo travelers?
Yes, this individual retreat is designed for one person seeking private, personalized renewal. However, we can discuss options for bringing a companion if desired.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of this retreat—with accommodations, chef, and therapists reserved exclusively for you—the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit the full retreat cost. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Do I need a visa to enter Kenya?
Most nationalities require a visa for entry into Kenya. We recommend checking the official Kenya eVisa website and applying at least two weeks before travel. We are happy to provide any documentation needed for your application.

I've completed coaching. Am I eligible?
Absolutely. Past coaching clients are warmly invited to book this retreat as a continuation of their journey.

What vaccinations or health precautions do I need?
Please consult your healthcare provider and check current CDC recommendations for travel to Kenya. We can provide general guidance but recommend professional medical advice.

During Your Retreat

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Your private chef will accommodate all dietary needs—gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.—based on your preferences and DNA insights. We'll collect detailed information before your arrival.

Can I incorporate excursions like safari or hiking?
Yes, your retreat can be customized to include additional experiences. We're happy to arrange optional excursions at an additional cost. Simply discuss your interests during the booking consultation.

What if I don't want to do DNA testing?
The DNA component is integral to this retreat's philosophy of personalized renewal. If you prefer not to participate, we recommend exploring our other offerings. However, we're happy to discuss any concerns during your consultation.

What should I pack?
